These terms apply when you create an account or use STEM MATRIX's website and learning services. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.
Accounts
Provide accurate student and parent or guardian details and keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact stemmatrixindia@gmail.com if you believe your account is being misused. Account creation alone does not enroll you in the course or activate course access.
Course enrollment and fees
Polytechnic Udaan 2027 is listed at ₹699. Payment instructions are provided through WhatsApp, and payment is verified manually by an administrator. An enrollment request remains pending and inactive until payment is verified and the request is approved. Course access is provided only after approval.
The fee is intended to be non-refundable after enrollment is approved and course access is provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If a payment is made but enrollment is rejected before access is provided, contact support for review. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Learning materials and intellectual property
Learning materials are provided for your personal educational use. Do not sell, publicly repost, redistribute, or claim ownership of STEM MATRIX materials or another person's work without permission. Respect any separate terms that apply to third-party services or content.
Attendance, tests, and classroom behavior
Follow the rules and instructions provided for classes and assessments. Do not impersonate another student, submit work dishonestly, disrupt classes, harass others, or post unlawful, abusive, or irrelevant material. Attendance marked by a student is a record of that student's action and may require teacher verification; it is not independent proof of physical presence.
Suspension and review
STEM MATRIX may restrict or suspend access for account misuse, payment irregularities, safety concerns, or repeated violations of these terms. Where practical, we will provide the reason and a way to request review. Student records may be retained where needed for course administration, safety, accounting, or legal obligations.
Availability and third-party services
We work to keep the site and classes available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity, provider outages, or circumstances outside our control. Live video uses YouTube and the site is hosted by Netlify, with Supabase supporting account, database, and storage features. Those providers' services are also subject to their own terms and availability.

For account, enrollment, or service questions, contact stemmatrixindia@gmail.com. We will try to resolve concerns promptly. Applicable consumer rights and legal remedies remain available.
Updates
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The updated date above will change when we publish a revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
